Hello and welcome!

Thank you for visiting Casting Confections Bakery llc. and our new addition, Kasting Kreations crafts, We are excited you are here!

A little about me… I have been casting magical delicious confections in my mixing bowl ever since I was a little one in the kitchen with my grandmother. This started my passion for sweet treats which lead me into a bakery right out of high school. I spent many years in different bakeries learning styles of baking and cake designs. Colorado has been my home for most of my life except a couple years spent in Arizona and Wisconsin. I loved all the beautiful colors in the trees in Wisconsin but oh did it get cold! Then on the opposite spectrum the heat in Arizona made for a challenge of getting cakes delivered without them melting. Let’s just say the AC in the car was cranked! I finally found my way back home to Colorado with my family that I so dearly missed. I am however so grateful for the knowledge and experiences I gained from the bakeries in other states.

Besides being passionate about creating beautiful confections I also love creating in general, which is why I started crafting many years ago. A friend finally said, “why aren’t you feeling these beautiful decorations you create?” So that is why I started Kasting Kreations, my home decor line. I have always enjoyed all artsy and creative things. I have to say that it ultimately warms my heart every time I see the smiles on the faces of my customers. That is what really makes me love what I do!
